This site collects very little, so this notice is short.
What we collect
If you write to us through the contact form, we receive your name, your organisation if you give one, your email address, and your message. We use them to reply to you and to keep a record of the correspondence.
If you sign in to the investor area, we process your email address, your credentials, and records of your sign-in activity, so that we can give you access and keep the area secure.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which typically include your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time of the request. These exist for security and troubleshooting and are deleted on a routine cycle.
What we do not do
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising, and no third-party scripts — every file it loads is served from this domain. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for marketing, and we do not use it to build profiles.
Why we are allowed to
We rely on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and running a secure website, and, where the exchange concerns a possible or existing business relationship, on the steps taken at your request before or under a contract. Where we are required to keep records, we rely on our legal obligations.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept while the matter is live, and afterwards for as long as we are required to retain business records. Investor account records are kept for the duration of the relationship and the retention period that follows it. Server logs are kept briefly.
Who else sees it
Only the service providers who host this site and carry our email, acting on our instructions under a data processing agreement, and any adviser or authority to whom we are legally obliged to disclose.
Your rights
Where data protection law applies, you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, ask us to restrict how we use it, ask for it in a portable form, or object to our using it. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting what was done beforehand. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
